Getty Images    Herman filed a lawsuit in October against a trust for Woods\u2019 residence that seeks $30 million in damages. It claims she was forced to leave his home despite an agreement with him to continue living there another five years, but the suit did not specifically accuse Woods of sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n<p>    Herman then filed legal papers against the trust in March alleging the NDA she signed should not be enforceable, but Woods slapped her with a counterclaim two days later seeking to be added as a defendant. <\/p>\n<p>    243What do you think?\u00a0Post a comment.
