CdeBaca, an unabashed communist, has long been a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-real-life-iron-man-the-incredible-story-of-elon-musks-rise-to-worlds-richest-man\/\" title=\"\u2018A Real Life Iron-Man\u2019: The Incredible Story Of Elon Musk\u2019s Rise To World\u2019s Richest Man\">vocal advocate<\/a> for community ownership of land, labor, and resources.<\/p>\n<p>During a recent forum, CdeBaca argued that capitalism was built on stolen land, labor, and resources, and that a check alone could not undo the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/revealed-whistleblower-docs-show-big-4-firms-massive-anti-racist-indoctrination\/\" title=\"Revealed: Whistleblower Docs Show \u2018Big 4\u2019 Firm\u2019s Massive \u2018Anti-Racist\u2019 Indoctrination\">cumulative impact<\/a> of generations of that stolen wealth. Instead, she called for ongoing reparations in the form of land, labor, and resources.<\/p>\n<h3>Taxing White-Led Businesses to Support Black and Brown-Owned Businesses<\/h3>\n<p>CdeBaca also suggested that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/denver-city-council-member-tax-white-owned-businesses-and-give-it-to-black-brown-owned-businesses\/\" title=\"Tax white-owned businesses and redistribute funds to black and brown-owned businesses, suggests Denver City Council member.\">white-led businesses<\/a> should be taxed extra and the money redistributed to black and brown-owned businesses. She argued that this would be a more effective way to support struggling businesses in the Five Points neighborhood, rather than increasing taxes on black and brown-owned businesses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that\u2019s one way to give back in the business form fashion. I think when we talk about resources being returned, this is where consumer-owned or municipally-owned resources are important,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<h3>Reparations in the Form of Checks<\/h3>\n<p>CdeBaca also called for ongoing checks to be given to black and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/us-womens-soccer-team-kneels-for-anthem-wears-black-lives-matter\/\" title=\"US Women's Soccer Team Kneels for Anthem, Wears 'Black Lives Matter'\">brown people<\/a> as a form of reparations.
