Gardner, who was bankrolled by liberal billionaire and Democrat mega-donor George Soros, has faced repeated calls for her resignation due to allegations of misconduct and mishandled cases. The final straw for Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey came in February when a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/soros-backed-prosecutor-kim-gardner-resigns\/\" title=\"Kim Gardner, a prosecutor supported by Soros, steps down.\">teenage volleyball player lost<\/a> both of her legs after being struck by a car driven by a man who was out on bond for a separate armed robbery case. Bailey claims that nearly 12,000 criminal cases have been dismissed due to Gardner&#8217;s failures, and more than 9,000 cases have been thrown out just before trial, leading to the dismissal of over 2,000 cases. Despite Gardner&#8217;s resignation, Bailey is calling for her immediate removal from office, citing the danger posed to the city of St. Louis.
