He has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery, according to online records. The arrest stemmed from an alleged incident in February in which a female owner of a local restaurant accused Jackson of assaulting her. Overland Park Police confirmed the incident to KCTV5.<\/p>\n<h3>Surveillance Video<\/h3>\n<p>TMZ broadcast surveillance video on Wednesday that appeared to show Jackson coming up behind a woman while holding her neck and kissing her. He walked away and came back a few minutes later and appeared to grab her a second time as she pushed him away. The woman in the video owns Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, Kansas, a Kansas City suburb.
