House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley have revealed the existence of the FBI record, which details a &#8220;precise description of how the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senator-grassley-fbi-and-doj-will-damage-their-credibility-further-if-they-dont-cooperate-with-subpoena\/\" title=\"Grassley warns FBI and DOJ to cooperate with subpoena or risk credibility damage.\">alleged criminal scheme<\/a> was employed as well as its purpose.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Subpoena Issued for FBI-Generated FD-1023 Form<\/h3>\n<p>Comer and Grassley say that the whistleblower has provided enough information and intelligence to determine that the document is truthful and accurate. However, it is unclear if any steps were taken by the DOJ to conduct an investigation. Senator Josh Hawley has stated that issuing a subpoena is a tell that the FBI has refused to willfully turn over the document. The subpoena mandates the FBI hand over all FD-1023s that mention the word &#8220;Biden&#8221; in unredacted form along with all accompanying attachments and documents.<\/p>\n<h3>Investigation into Biden Family&#8217;s Foreign Business Dealings<\/h3>\n<p>Comer has been spearheading an investigation into the Biden family&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-calls-travel-lid-for-wednesday-an-hour-after-bobulinski-interview-airs\/\" title=\"Biden Calls Travel Lid for Wednesday an Hour After Bobulinski Interview Airs\">foreign business dealings<\/a> to determine if Biden is compromised. Most recently, the Oversight Committee unveiled one deal that saw numerous members of the Biden family receive more than $1 million in 15 separate payments from a Chinese company through a third party. Hawley brought up Hunter Biden, saying this document could offer clarity on whether Biden was involved in Hunter Biden&#8217;s business dealings.<\/p>\n<h3>Explosive Allegations<\/h3>\n<p>If true, Hawley says Biden engaged in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/reports-red-flag-laws-result-in-66-firearm-confiscations\/\" title=\"Reports: Red flag laws result in 66 firearm confiscations\">criminal behavior<\/a> in his post as vice president. &#8220;It&#8217;s not only specific, but it&#8217;s explosive,&#8221; Hawley said. &#8220;That would be a crime.
