Kyrsten Sinema Slams White House Press Secretary for False Claims About Southern Border<\/h2>\n<p>Sen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/kyrsten-sinema\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kyrsten Sinema<\/a> (I-AZ) didn&#8217;t hold back when she criticized White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre for her false claims about the security of the U.S. southern border. Sinema stated that Jean-Pierre&#8217;s comments were &#8220;just factually not true.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>During a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/newsom-extends-southern-california-stay-at-home-order-for-at-least-another-three-weeks\/\" title=\"Newsom Extends Southern California Stay-at-Home Order For at Least Another Three Weeks\">press briefing<\/a> on Monday, Jean-Pierre had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/press-briefings\/2023\/05\/01\/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-karine-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jen-psaki-says-shed-be-happy-to-take-on-kayleigh-mcenany-on-fox-news\/\" title=\"Jen Psaki Says She\u2019d Be \u2018Happy\u2019 To Take On Kayleigh McEnany On Fox News\u00a0\">jean-pierre<\/a>-29\/&#8221; target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; rel=&#8221;noopener&#8221;>claimed<\/a> that President Biden&#8217;s actions had led to a 90% decrease in illegal immigration. However, Sinema, who was born and raised in Arizona, disagreed with Jean-Pierre&#8217;s assessment.<\/p>\n<h3>Border Communities Are Suffering<\/h3>\n<p>Sinema appeared on Fox News&#8217; &#8220;Special Report&#8221; with anchor Bret Baier to express her concerns about the situation at the southern border. She stated that anyone with eyes could see that the border was not secure and that border communities in her state were already suffering. She also mentioned that she had recently held a hearing in her border subcommittee and had spoken to mayors from small border towns in Arizona.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-speed chases are happening through the city of Sierra Vista with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senator-sinema-blasts-karine-jean-pierre-for-claiming-border-is-secure-factually-not-true\/\" title=\"Senator Sinema disputes Karine Jean-Pierre's claim that the border is secure.\">young teens driving cars<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>These teens are transporting drugs and other migrants through these communities.<\/li>\n<li>The situation is not secure or safe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sinema believes that Biden could start addressing the crisis by enforcing the laws that are already on the books.
