However, their attempts quickly backfired when Texas Republicans and state troopers issued a crackdown on the chaos in the chamber.<\/p>\n<h3>Rules Matter in the TX House<\/h3>\n<p>Republican Speaker of the House Dade Phelan tweeted Tuesday evening, &#8220;Rules matter in the TX House. Today&#8217;s outbursts in the gallery were a breach of decorum &#038; continued after I warned that such behaviors would not be tolerated. There will always be differing perspectives, but in our chamber, we will debate those differences w\/ respect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1046231845\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p>Cable news coverage of the chaos showed clips of protestors equipped with &#8220;God Loves Trans People&#8221; and &#8220;My Faith Does Not Discriminate&#8221; signs appearing to sing peacefully in the Capitol rotunda.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<h3>Rowdy Crowds and Public Nudity<\/h3>\n<p>Less prominently displayed on corporate media shows were images and minutes-long footage of rowdy crowds who, against the verbal warning of legislators, shoved past officers, unfurled ironic banners declaring &#8220;let trans kids grow up,&#8221; made displays of public nudity, and shouted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What do we want? Trans rights? When do we want it? In one particularly disturbing incident, a group praying for the protection of children&#8217;s bodies and souls from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/assanges-fiance-if-i-could-speak-to-the-president-i-would-tell-him-julians-liberty-and-the-liberty-of-the-united-states-hang-together\/\" title=\"Assange\u2019s Fianc\u00e9: \u2018If I Could Speak to the President, I Would Tell Him Julian\u2019s Liberty and the Liberty of the United States Hang Together\u2019\">irreversible damage<\/a> was surrounded by instigators chanting &#8220;save trans kids.&#8221; But the Lone Star State&#8217;s majority party was having none of it, and the Texas Department of Public Safety officers quickly stepped in to handcuff, remove, and penalize those who acted up. It&#8217;s unclear how many were arrested and potentially charged, but at least one agitator received a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senate-candidate-josh-mandel-slams-silicon-valley-thugs-after-facebook-censors-rittenhouse-meme\/\" title=\"Senate Candidate Josh Mandel Slams 'Silicon Valley Thugs' After Facebook Censors Rittenhouse Meme\">year-long ban<\/a> on entering the Capitol. One Equality Texas staffer even received a year-long ban for dropping a banner in the main rotunda. Despite attempts to silence trans voices, the fight for equality continues.<\/p>\n<h2>Radicals Attempt to Infiltrate Texas Capitol<\/h2>\n<p>For the first time, radicals attempted to infiltrate the Texas Capitol, and if the left\u2019s history of sowing physical discord means anything, it likely won\u2019t be the last.<\/p>\n<h3>A Campaign of Threats, Violence, and Chaos<\/h3>\n<p>While conservatives juggle false accusations that they are \u201cthreatening democracy,\u201d leftists &#8211; led by the blue party and abetted by corporate media &#8211; swiftly rolled out a nationwide campaign of threats, violence, and chaos designed to advance their political agenda. Americans saw this play out during the 2020 summer of rage, after the 2020 election, when the Supreme Court ruled on Dobbs v. Jackson, and now they are seeing it play out in state capitols across the country.<\/p>\n<h3>Republicans Condemn the Mob<\/h3>\n<p>It would be easy for the GOP to turn a blind eye to these intimidation campaigns, as it has done so many times in the past. Republicans in Texas, however, showed an unusual yet welcomed courage on Tuesday when they condemned the mob. They aren\u2019t alone. GOP legislators in Tennessee, Montana, and other states all over the nation have successfully fended off Democrat-endorsed attempts to force a change in their favor.<\/p>\n<h3>Protecting Kids from the Trans Movement<\/h3>\n<p>This momentum means now is not the time for Republicans in any state to falter &#8211; especially those in Texas. The hard part of protecting kids from the trans movement &#8211; which is undeniably coming for them &#8211; is reprimanding the people provoking pandemonium in the chamber, and that is over for now. Now, Texas Republicans must do the right thing and finish the job.<\/p>\n<h3>Pushing Back on Agitators in the Capitol<\/h3>\n<p>SB14, which already passed the Senate, was set to head directly to Gov. Greg Abbott\u2019s desk if the House agreed to greenlight it. At the last minute, Republican Rep. Stephanie Klick sent it back to committee, which voted 6 to 5 to offer up a substitute bill. It\u2019s unclear at this time why Klick kicked the bill back, but her decision to delay will keep the legislation in limbo until at least later this week.<\/p>\n<h3>Winning the War<\/h3>\n<p>Texas Republicans won one battle this week when they pushed back on agitators in the Capitol.
