This comes after an unprecedented breach of Supreme Court secrecy in June 2022 revealed that the high court was poised to overturn the constitutionally protected right to an abortion. Following this breach, many mounted protests outside the homes of conservative justices.<\/p>\n<p>Section 1507 of the U.S. Code prohibits the picketing of justices or other federal judges to change the outcome of a legal case. But when demonstrators showed up at the homes of conservative justices over the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/man-charged-with-firebombing-wisconsin-pro-life-office\/\" title=\"Man Charged With Firebombing Wisconsin Pro-Life Office\">leaked draft version<\/a> of the opinion, U.S. Marshals made few arrests in connection with the statute.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5157062\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/29\/id5157062-GettyImages-1405920753-1-1200x800.jpg\"><br \/>\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/29\/id5157062-GettyImages-1405920753-1-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"Law enforcement officers stand guard as abortion rights activists protest in front of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh\u2019s house in Chevy Chase, Md., on June 29, 2022. Katie Britt (R-Ala.) revealed that this was not a mistake, that training materials given to U.S. Marshals strongly discouraged Marshals from making Section 1507 arrests. The materials (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britt.senate.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/U.S.-Marshals-SCOTUS-Training-Slides.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pdf<\/a>) revealed during the hearing showed that U.S. Marshals were explicitly directed to not arrest protesters at the justices\u2019 homes.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Britt and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) are demanding answers. Jordan, who chairs the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, addressed a letter to Ronald Davis, who leads the U.S. Marshal Service (USMS).<\/p>\n<p>In the letter, he called Britt\u2019s discoveries \u201cparticularly troubling given the long line of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-rogan-returns-to-stand-up-comedy-mocks-recent-left-wing-attempts-to-cancel-him\/\" title=\"Joe Rogan Returns To Stand-Up Comedy, Mocks Recent Left-Wing Attempts To Cancel Him\">recent left-wing attempts<\/a> to intimidate and influence the Court.\u201d Jordan noted past attempts by Democrats to radically restructure the Supreme Court, wanting to add more justices or otherwise be less powerful.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2020, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) issued an ominous warning to Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh that they had \u201creleased the whirlwind,\u201d and would \u201cpay the price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jordan said that the training materials provided to the U.S. Marshals \u201cstrongly suggest that the Biden Administration is continuing to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-lawmakers-demand-answers-on-lack-of-arrests-of-protesters-outside-supreme-court-justices-homes\/\" title=\"GOP lawmakers want to know why protesters outside Supreme Court justices' homes haven't been arrested.\">weaponize federal law enforcement agencies<\/a> for partisan purposes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, Britt wrote: \u201cDuring the roughly two-month period between the leak of the draft opinion and the issuance of the Court\u2019s final opinion in Dobbs, multiple Supreme Court Justices were subject to illegal and continuous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-greta-thunberg-worked-with-a-fellow-activist-to-support-unrest-in-india\/\" title=\"How Greta Thunberg Worked With A Fellow Activist To Support Unrest In India\">protest activity<\/a> at their personal residences.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5136216\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20\/Senator-Katie-Britt-R-Ala.-1200x1500.jpg\"><br \/>\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/03\/20\/Senator-Katie-Britt-R-Ala.-1200x1500.jpg\" alt=\"Sen.
