Gardner, a prosecutor bankrolled by Democrat megadonor George Soros.<\/p>\n<h3>Judge Calls Gardner&#8217;s Office a &#8220;Rudderless Ship of Chaos&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Judge Michael Noble said that he is appointing the prosecutor after Gardner and Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Desilets have repeatedly failed to show up in court, according to a report from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe circuit attorney\u2019s office appears to be a rudderless ship of chaos,\u201d Noble said in a court.\u00a0\u201cMs. Gardner is the circuit attorney and it is her duty is to manage the caseload of each staff member. Mr. Desilets has approximately 104 felony cases. Any prudent practitioner would expect such a caseload to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-accuses-no-show-missouri-prosecutor-of-contempt-calls-office-a-rudderless-ship-of-chaos\/\" title=\"Judge Accuses No-Show Missouri Prosecutor of Contempt, Calls Office \u2018A Rudderless Ship of Chaos\u2019\">create countless irreconcilable conflicts<\/a>. It does not appear she has made any reasonable efforts to prevent the resulting chaos. It appears that Ms. Gardner has complete indifference and a conscious disregard for the judicial process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Noble went as far as to say that the evidence supports the prospect that their level of contempt rises to a level of criminality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt appears that Ms. Gardner has complete indifference and a conscious disregard for the judicial process,\u201d Noble said. \u201cThere is sufficient evidence of disdain and disrespect for the judicial process to determine that both Ms. Gardner and Mr. Desilets\u2019 conduct support a finding of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-appoints-special-prosecutor-to-build-case-against-soros-prosecutor-rudderless-ship-of-chaos\/\" title=\"Judge Appoints Special Prosecutor To Build Case Against Soros Prosecutor: \u2018Rudderless Ship Of Chaos\u2019\">indirect criminal contempt<\/a>. Furthermore, any attorney\u2019s violation of a court\u2019s order constitutes an intentional disobedience and shows a clear intent to disregard the power and authority of the judicial system process.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Attorney General Seeks to Remove Gardner from Office<\/h3>\n<p>The news comes as Gardner is already facing a campaign from Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to remove her from office because of her failure to protect victims from crime.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs AG, I want to protect the people of St. Louis, and that includes protecting victims of crime and finding justice for them,\u201d Bailey said, adding, \u201cInstead of protecting victims, Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them. My office will do everything in its power to restore order, and eliminate the chaos in St. Louis caused by Kim Gardner\u2019s neglect of her office.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Instead of protecting victims, Circuit Attorney Gardner is creating them.
