Recent reports in the New York Times reveal that HHS has lost touch with as many as 85,000 migrant children. Thousands of these children are now the prey of child labor criminals.<\/p>\n<p>Since President Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president over two years ago, more than 3.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senate-parliamentarian-kills-dems-bid-for-immigration-reform-through-reconciliation\/\" title=\"Senate Parliamentarian Kills Dems\u2019 Bid for Immigration Reform Through Reconciliation\">5 million illegal immigrants<\/a> have crossed the southern border. Since January 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-releases-list-of-president-trumps-accomplishments-and-it-is-historic\/\" title=\"White House Releases List of President Trump\u2019s Accomplishments \u2013  And It Is Historic!\">border patrol agents<\/a> have encountered over 356,000 unaccompanied minors at the southern border, most of whom authorities released into the U.S.<\/p>\n<h3>Exploitation of Children is Unconscionable<\/h3>\n<p>Hawley\u2019s letter continued, \u201cReporting reveals that HHS loosened vetting processes for sponsors and retaliated against whistleblowers who raised these concerns. As a result, thousands of children have been handed over to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/senator-hawley-calls-for-full-scale-fbi-investigation-into-85000-migrant-kids-missing-under-biden\/\" title=\"Senator Hawley Calls For \u2018Full-Scale\u2019 FBI Investigation Into 85,000 Migrant Kids Missing Under Biden\">modern-day slave traders<\/a>. They are forced into factory work under punishing conditions. They are forced to make auto parts, process meat in slaughterhouses, and reroof houses. They are denied food, education, and sometimes fear for their lives. They suffer sexual violence.
