And the lawyer representing her, I understand, is, you know, saying, \u2018Well, if you don\u2019t pay us a lot of money, we\u2019re gonna\u2019 release the tapes,\u2019\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Former senior booking producer Abby Grossberg has reportedly filed two separate suits, accusing Carlson and Fox of sexism and harassment and alleging that his show\u2019s workplace was rife with misogyny.<\/p>\n<p>The suits come after Fox settled a defamation lawsuit by an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-did-dominion-voting-systems-lose-its-lawsuits-against-rudy-giuliani-and-sidney-powell\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: Did Dominion Voting Systems Lose Its Lawsuits Against Rudy Giuliani And Sidney Powell?\">election technology company<\/a> for more than $787 million. Dominion Voting Systems sued over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bill-oreilly-tucker-won-fox-news-did-carlson-a-favor-in-firing\/\" title=\"Bill O\u2019Reilly: Tucker Won, Fox News Did Carlson \u2018A Favor\u2019 In Firing\">segments promoting bogus claims<\/a> that election fraud cheated then-President Donald Trump of victory in 2020.<\/p>\n<h3>Workplace Lawsuits are Now Commonplace<\/h3>\n<p>O\u2019Reilly said workplace lawsuits are now commonplace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an industry now,\u201d he said. \u201cWhat happens is you\u2019re an employee, you don\u2019t like where you\u2019re working, you set up a taping apparatus to try to get anything, and then you hire a lawyer, and they come in and claim whatever they want to claim. So this is happening every hour on the hour all across the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are lawyers lined up to do this. Most of these cases are settled and nobody even knows about them. But this one is very high profile,\u201d he said. And the accuser often comes out on top. O\u2019Reilly predicts Grossberg could receive \u201cbetween $10 and $15 million.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Carlson Poised to Create His Own Independent Operation<\/h3>\n<p>O\u2019Reilly said Carlson, who reportedly earned up to $20 million a year at Fox, is poised to create his own independent operation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCarlson is a talented broadcaster. He\u2019s got a big following. He\u2019ll go into the independent news or analysis industry, of which I started six years ago. Ironically, it was to the week six years ago that I left Fox News. And he\u2019ll make a bloody fortune. Because he\u2019s interesting to listen to,\u201d O\u2019Reilly said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey did him a favor. I mean, my life is so much better now than it was six years ago when I had to deal with all this stuff. They did him a favor. He\u2019s gonna make a lot of money,\u201d O\u2019Reilly said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook, billoreilly.com is the most successful independent news agency in the world. Now, you\u2019ll never see that written in the Washington Post or anything like that because they despise me. But we built this from nothing into this colossus, this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-tens-of-millions-experience-major-blackout-in-pakistan\/\" title=\"Report: Tens Of Millions Experience Major Blackout In Pakistan\">worldwide news organization<\/a>. And I\u2019ve never, you know, I would have people ask, \u2018Would you go back?\u2019 No, no. I don\u2019t want to work for anybody anymore.
