The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-notes-show-that-he-had-advance-knowledge-of-reporter-questions-beforehand\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s notes show that he had advance knowledge of reporter questions beforehand\">cheat sheet contained specific questions<\/a> that would be asked by journalists, and even included a photo of the reporter and an explanation of how to pronounce her last name. The president was directed to call on her first, as indicated by the scrawled \u201cQuestion #1\u201d at the top of the paper.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1\" style=\"min-width: 320px; min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">\n        <script>\n          googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });\n        <\/script>\n      <\/div>\n<p>The press conference was held in conjunction with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to discuss the escalating nuclear threats from North Korea as the two countries mark the alliance\u2019s 70th anniversary. A second cheat sheet listed the names of additional Biden administration officials to indicate the order in which statements would be made at the conference.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cHow are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities, like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-cheat-sheet-shows-he-knew-what-topic-reporter-would-ask-him-about\/\" title=\"Biden Cheat Sheet Shows He Knew What Topic Reporter Would Ask Him About\">alliance-based foreign policy<\/a>?\u201d asked Courtney Subramanian, a Los Angeles Times reporter.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t the first time that Biden has been caught using cheat sheets during public appearances. Rapid photojournalists had exposed Biden\u2019s cheat sheet notes in the past, which fuels concerns about his mental capacity and ability to lead a nation. In February, the president\u2019s doctor said he was in good physical health, but he declined to answer questions from reporters regarding his mental capacity.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cYOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants,\u201d the note read, which then immediately directed him to sit down, \u201cYOU take YOUR seat.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In July 2021, the POTUS accepted an embarrassing note from an aide, which was also captured by a photographer that said, \u201cSir, there is something on your chin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even when it has put him at odds with official policy, Biden reportedly becomes very upset when aides interfere with his communications strategy. In response to Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine, the president abruptly called for President Vladimir Putin to be removed from office in March.
