At 80 years old, Biden is already the oldest person to be president, and would be 86 at the end of a second term.<\/p>\n<p>Less than an hour later, Jean-Pierre sought to clarify her initial statement with a tweet, citing the <a href=\"https:\/\/osc.gov\/Services\/Pages\/HatchAct-Federal.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hatch Act<\/a> as the reason for her vague response.
