The House Judiciary Committee has subpoenaed FBI Executive Assistant Director of Human Resources Jennifer Leigh Moore over reports of conservative staffers having their security clearances revoked as retribution. <\/p>\n<p>Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, who now chairs the committee, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/fbi-allegedly-engaging-purge-conservative-employees-retaliating-against-whistleblowers-jim-jordan\">revealed <\/a>whistleblowers accusations last year that the bureau improperly revoked clearances of employees with right-leaning views. Jordan has sought testimony from at least <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2023\/03\/03\/exclusive-jim-jordan-seeks-testimony-from-16-fbi-employees-amid-probe-into-whistleblower-allegations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">16 <\/a>FBI employees, including Moore, to investigate the allegations. Despite sending three letters to Moore, Republicans have received no response. <\/p>\n<p>Moore was formally subpoenaed by the committee on Monday after refusing to answer questions about the FBI&#8217;s retaliation against whistleblowers. Russell Dye, a Jordan spokesman, announced in a press release that &#8220;brave whistleblowers who have come forward&#8221; have been targeted by the FBI. Jordan accused the agency of executing a &#8220;purge&#8221; of conservative employees last fall after multiple whistleblowers came forward. <\/p>\n<p>The FBI denies the accusations, but years of aggressively targeting opponents of the Washington regime suggest otherwise. <\/p>\n<p><strong>[READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/19\/think-the-fbi-deserves-the-benefit-of-the-doubt-this-laundry-list-of-corruption-should-make-you-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Think The FBI Deserves The Benefit Of The Doubt? In August, more than 30 plainclothes agents raided former President Donald Trump&#8217;s Mar-a-Lago home, seizing 15 boxes of material allegedly marked classified. And earlier this month, Jordan&#8217;s probe subpoenaed the FBI director over the bureau infiltrating Catholic parishes in Virginia with undercover informants. <\/p>\n<p><strong>[READ: <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/14\/19-times-democrats-and-doj-deliberately-politicized-law-enforcement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">19 Times Democrats And DOJ Deliberately Politicized Law Enforcement<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite these concerns, Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/19\/after-fbi-raids-republicans-last-president-mitch-mcconnell-wants-to-increase-doj-funding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recently endorsed <\/a>more funding for the agency.
