However, Republicans have questioned the accuracy of Garland&#8217;s assertion that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss has the authority to charge Hunter Biden criminally.<\/p>\n<p>The agent reportedly contended that the federal investigation into Hunter Biden was dogged by politics, but the specific allegations remain unclear.
