I don\u2019t mean to play it down and be overly modest because I star in it with Bob de Niro, but at the same time, it\u2019s a different film.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou see, \u2018The Godfather is more entertaining,&#8217;\u201d he added. \u201cGodfather II is this study, this personal thing for Francis [Ford Coppola],\u201d he added. \u201cGodfather I, I saw it recently, it\u2019s always got two or three things going on in a scene. You\u2019re always in the story, you\u2019re going.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen next, it\u2019s storytelling, it\u2019s really storytelling at its best,\u201d \u201cThe Devils Advocate\u201d star continued. \u201cGodfather II sort of linearizes, and [it\u2019s] kind of different, somber, moves slowly.
