Mayor Mike Duggan (D) made the announcement Thursday and said the city turned down 6,200 doses of the new vaccine this week.<\/p>\n<p>He said the city had already received 29,000 doses of the Pfizer and Moderna shots, which he noted is enough to vaccinate every eligible resident.
