Brandon Williams( R &#8211; N ) introduced the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/house-resolution\/240\/text?s=1&#038;r=1&#038;q=%7B%22search%22%3A%5B%22H.+Res.+240%22%5D%7D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resolution<\/a> on March 21. Y. ). It&#8221; regrets that Russian attempt to return the helicopter pose a threat to the United States&#8217; national security and condemns the reckless actions of the Russian army.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On March 14, U.S. European Command reported that a Russian Su-27 plane had collided with an autonomous MQ-9 intelligence-gatherer over the Black Sea. The United States was forced to bring the helicopter down in international lakes as a result.<\/p>\n<p>The MQ &#8211; 9 was carrying out routine operations in international airspace when it was intercepted and struck by a Russian aircraft, causing it to crash and lose all of its parts, according to U.S. Air Force Gen. James Hecker, who is in charge of the air forces in Europe and Africa. In fact, the Russians&#8217; reckless and unethical behavior almost caused both plane to fall.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian parliament of the aircraft, according to U.S. Marine Corps Gen. David Berger, the military branch&#8217;s&#8217;s captain, reflects his&#8221; biggest care&#8221; as he stated on the day the event occurred.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s&#8217;s 2 in the morning, and we&#8217;re&#8217;re trying to unpack this as quickly as we can.&#8221; This is my biggest worry, both there and the Pacific, is that an aggressive Russia, China pilot, vessel captain, or something gets too close, doesn&#8217;t realize where they are, causes a collision.&#8221; At a gathering at the National Press Club, he said,&#8221; I just worry about that.
