The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/teenagers\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">teen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> has more than ten million subscribers and nearly two billion views on her channel, which was demonetized in February 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/lawsuit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">lawsuit<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, in January 2023. Plaintiffs are 11 former members of the \u201cPiper Squad,\u201d a group of teen YouTube creators who made vlog-style videos along with Piper to gain subscribers, per <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insider.com\/youtuber-piper-rockelle-tiffany-smith-child-exploitation-abuse-case-2022-7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Business Insider<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The team is suing Smith and Hunter Hill, alleging commercial exploitation in addition to personal and sexual discrimination. According to the lawsuit, Smith allegedly had improper contact with the youth and made sexually explicit comments to them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The civil suit alleges that on one occasion, Smith asked one of the teens how long his penis was. She also allegedly told another YouTube creator that she was flat-chested, as The New York Post <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/04\/17\/mom-of-youtube-star-piper-rockelle-accused-of-abusing-young-content-creators\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">reported<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Because she allegedly said,&#8221; Old men like to smell this stuff ,&#8221; one creator asserted that she went to the post office with Smith to mail Piper&#8217;s&#8217;s old underwear to an unidentified recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to the lawsuit, Smith was also charged with inappropriately touching the young content creators&#8217; legs, thighs, and buttocks and encouraging teen sexual aggression during video shoots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The plaintiffs acknowledge that they were always promised any transaction but also claim they weren&#8217;t paid for taking part in the movie shoots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><a class=\"c-link c-link--focus-visible\" href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-stringify-link=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-41434\">TO GET THE Every Cable Application, CLICK HERE.<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to the publication, Smith and Hill&#8221; largely and particularly&#8221; denied every allegation listed in the plaintiffs&#8217; complaint last May.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Smith countersued for $30 million in July, claiming the plaintiffs\u2019 mothers worked together to extort money by lying about the alleged sexual abuse.
