L. 115 &#8211; 41 ). By allowing the release of workers for poor performance or misconduct, this republican constitution protects reporters at the VA and gives the Secretary the power to hold bad VA employees responsible.<\/p>\n<p>We are concerned that the VA is making excuses for employees&#8217; poor performance and putting governmental interest ahead of veterans&#8217; well-being, the missive continued.&#8221; Our nation&#8217;s&#8217;s soldiers deserve only the best and most qualified individuals serving them when they seek support from the Virginia VA.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On April 12, Bost and Obernolte mentioned a notice they had sent to Secretary McDonough two days earlier. The Biden administration&#8217;s&#8217;s decision to use the Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act no longer denies the VA a choice or means of firing the employee, according to the statement and letter, which also addressed employee misconduct at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center in Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>The nonpartisan Accountability Act&#8217;s&#8217;s goal, according to Bost, is to provide the VA Secretary with the resources he needs to guarantee the best VA men and the eradication of employee misconduct and subpar performance.
