The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) lawyers requested the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to block the order. A panel of judges on the appeals court partially overturned Kacsmaryk\u2019s decision but kept it in place for FDA modifications made in 2016 or later.<\/p>\n<p>The appeals court ruling signifies that mifepristone will continue to be available but only under requirements from 2000.
