The Biden administration started revealing the records to the &#8220;Gang of Eight,&#8221; including House and Senate leaders and top members of the intelligence committees of both chambers. The lawmakers had previously been briefed on the documents but expressed dissatisfaction with the opacity that hampered their ability to achieve oversight. Senate Intelligence Chairman Mark Warner and Vice Chairman Marco Rubio, two members of the Gang of Eight, have particularly spoken out about their concerns regarding national security.
