In his new job, he&#8217;ll be writing weekly columns about Dominion v. Fox and hosting a special edition of VF&#8217;s \u2018Inside the Hive\u2019 podcast, called \u2018Fox on Trial,\u2019 with new episodes each Thursday until there&#8217;s a verdict,&#8221; he said on Twitter.<\/span>\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>Dominion Voting Systems&#8217; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/fox-news-dominion-defamation-lawsuit-cbs-explains\/\"><span>lawsuit<\/span><\/a><span> against Fox News accuses the network of spreading false claims about the company\u2019s voting machines and software after the 2020 presidential election.<\/span>\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    <i><span>Vanity Fair<\/span><\/i> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanityfair.com\/news\/2022\/08\/brian-stelter-canceled-cnn-reliable-sources\"><span>reported<\/span><\/a><span> in August 2022 that Stelter\u2019s TV segment, <\/span><i><span>Reliable Sources, <\/span><\/i><span>was cancelled under new CNN management headed by Chris Licht.<\/span>\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    <span>During his time at CNN, Stelter was known for being overtly critical about\u00a0former President Donald Trump, and in 2019, Stelter nodded during an episode of Reliable Sources as a guest made the claim that Trump &#8220;may be responsible for many more million deaths&#8221; than Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Mao Zedong.<\/span>\n  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CNN host Brian Stelter at the CNN+ launch party \/ Getty Images Brian Stelter, the former CNN media correspondent who was fired last August amid the network&#8217;s purge of partisan and controversial personalities, on Monday announced he found a new gig, as a correspondent for Vanity Fair.
