This contradicts earlier reports that its officials were not aware of the raid until they saw it on social media. &#8220;The evidence suggests that Biden officials unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people,&#8221; said Reed D. Rubinstein, senior counselor and director of oversight and investigations at America First Legal, in a social media post. <\/p>\n<p>These new documents confirmed earlier reporting that the FBI obtained access to Trump records through a &#8220;special access request&#8221; from the Biden White House.
