She also emphasized that it is highly diverse and varied.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Psaki was previously criticized for holding employment negotiations with MSNBC while still serving as a public official for the Biden administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Karine Jean-Pierre, who took over from Jen Psaki as press secretary in May 2022, moved in the opposite direction, leaving MSNBC to become a White House official.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Backlash ensued when a reporter accused Jean-Pierre during a press briefing of dodging questions, to which she replied by stating that this president had answered more shouted questions than any previous president in history.
