D<\/span>ozens of people are dead,<\/a> including civilians, after Myanmar’s<\/a> ruling military government launched an attack on a rebel group’s event in the middle of the country, multiple Southeast Asian-based news outlets reported early Tuesday morning. <\/p>\n

According to Irrawaddy <\/i>and BBC Burmese, the military government of Myanmar( junta ) launched an aerial assault on the Pazigyi village in Kanbalu Township, central \/ northwest Myanmar. <\/i>According to the earlier news base, as search and rescue efforts continue and many more people are injured, the death toll could reach 100.<\/p>\n
