R<\/span>ecipients of a food<\/a> and utility subsidy program in Chelsea, Massachusetts<\/a>, only need to wait a little more than a week before they receive their next payment from the program. <\/p>\n

On April 15, these payments<\/a>, which range from$ 200 to$ 400, will be made to 738 chosen households. The purchases are intended to help individuals pay their utility and food bills.<\/p>\n
