Specifically, he is accused of making illicit hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, a porn actress, and Karen McDougal, a Playboy model. The charges were unsealed in a Manhattan court where Trump was present and under arrest. However, he has pled not guilty to the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>The presiding judge cautioned Trump against making inflammatory statements that could endanger officials&#8217; well-being. Trump arrived in an 11-vehicle motorcade at approximately 1:30 p.m. EST at the Manhattan Criminal Courts Building. He shared a post on social media indicating that he found the proceedings surreal and incredible that such events could transpire in America.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being under arrest, Trump is not expected to have his mug-shot taken or be handcuffed.
