Fox News\u2019 Peter Doocy questioned her specifically on President Biden&#8217;s view on the matter. She refused to comment, stating that the case is ongoing.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Doocy inquired whether President Biden&#8217;s background as a lawyer is causing any concerns about the possibilities of local DA&#8217;s indicting former presidents. Jean-Pierre still refused to comment.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Doocy continued to question why the White House had nothing to say about Trump&#8217;s indictment, to which Jean-Pierre reiterated that they wouldn&#8217;t comment on an ongoing case. Michael Shear from The New York Times was not convinced by her answer, pointing out that Biden had previously commented on other ongoing cases.
