The new publicly-listed firm will manage both brands and is valued at over $21 billion, with Endeavor holding a controlling interest of 51%. WWE shareholders will hold 49%. Endeavor CEO Ariel Emanuel will be the new company&#8217;s chief executive, and WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon will retain his position. UFC president Dana White will remain in his role. <\/p>\n<p>UFC and WWE will be valued at $12.1 billion and $9.3 billion, respectively, in the merger.
