Crenshaw made these comments during an appearance on CNN&#8217;s &#8220;State of the Union.&#8221; &#8220;This is just very clearly a very weak case,&#8221; he said. &#8220;You don\u2019t have to be a lawyer to look at this case and think it\u2019s on pretty weak grounds.&#8221; Crenshaw also questioned whether the DA would even consider the case if it were about someone other than Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Crenshaw also criticized Bragg&#8217;s record as prosecutor, citing the district attorney&#8217;s lack of action on serious cases like violent crime and prostitution rings.
