Tacopina also stated that Trump will not accept a plea deal and that there is no crime to begin with. Legal challenges are expected to arise before the case makes it to trial.<\/p>\n<p>Once Trump surrenders voluntarily, he will be subject to fingerprinting and photography before his initial court appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was authorized by a judge to publicly disclose the indictment on Thursday.
