This comes after Trump was hit with a felony indictment on Thursday linked to alleged hush money payments to Stormy Daniels in 2016. Dershowitz believes any first-year student could win the case if it didn&#8217;t involve Trump and wasn&#8217;t being held in Manhattan. However, he fears that jurors and judges wouldn&#8217;t want to let Trump off, and therefore suggests moving the trial to another venue. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett has branded the indictment as a &#8220;totally bizarre, convoluted theory&#8221;, arguing that non-disclosure agreements in exchange for money are legal and that the Federal Election Commission has already ruled that it is not a crime.
