While some factors that can worsen vision, such as age, can&#8217;t be controlled, there are others that can be; you just might not be aware of them.<\/p>\n<p>With that in mind, we asked doctors to put together some of the unexpected things that may damage your eye health and affect your vision. Spending Too Much Time in Front of a Computer<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, spending too much time in front of the computer can seriously impact your eye health. According to Nashville-based ophthalmologist Melissa Toyos, computer use is the primary emerging cause of dry, irritated eyes.
