On Thursday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki lied to reporters and said the U.S. did not have enough vaccines on January 20.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s no question and all data points to the fact that there were not enough of any of those things when he took office,\u201d Psaki claimed. \u201cWe are open-eyed about the challenge we continue to live under.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki made these claims despite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/biden-covid-looking-missing-vaccine-doses-2021-1\">reports<\/a> that found Biden\u2019s officials lost 20 million doses of the vaccines out of the 50 million doses sent out under President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also put up billions and billions of dollars, $10 billion, to produce the vaccines before we knew they were going to work,\u201d Trump stated during his CPAC 2021 speech. \u201cIt was called a calculated bet or a calculated risk. We took a risk because if we didn\u2019t do that, you still wouldn\u2019t have the vaccines. Never forget that we did it.
