She already made sure that the college had methods and active shooter training.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; From what I understand from a testimony at the school, Katherine Koonce was talking to Zoom when she heard the first opportunity. Pulley told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/nashville-covenant-school-headmaster-hailed-hero-wake-shooting-she-protected-children\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News Digital<\/a> that she ended the face right away, stood up, and went straight for the shot. &#8221; She protected her children by doing what leaders and superintendents do.&#8221; Additionally, she prepared the school by obtaining advanced-level active-shooter training, and thanks to on-site witnesses, this protocol \u2014 the specifics of which I am unable to share \u2014 saved countless lives.<\/p>\n<p>Koonce had written on the college blog about the use of the words&#8221; whatever&#8221; in the Bible during the COVID crisis:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>I have to be available to everything every day. We now believe, we are always faithful, and we will continue to love God wholeheartedly no matter what God has in store for our school, the length of our distance learning, or the difficulties we face. We may strive to act morally no matter what challenges or riches exist in our homes. We may make wise choices, create wise plans, and try to do whatever pleases God with our hands amenable to whatever.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There are some people who are panic-resistant, such as teachers, doctors, nurses, police officers, firefighters, and road reporters. They are also attracted to specific jobs that are prone to stress. Educators fall under that group, according to National Police Association spokesman Sgt. added Betsy Brantner Smith. What you had, then, was the police response, and you also had these teachers who had probably received training talk about it. However, they were incredibly doing what educators and administrators do: taking care of their kids while they had them.
