She criticized a group of obnoxious kids in the text, saying,&#8221; Their eyelids are absolutely disgusting, and so are their faces.&#8221; According to the latest version, this description is removed.<\/p>\n<p>In the same book,&#8221; The African boatman&#8221; is now just&#8221; the boatmen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A Caribbean Mystery, a 1964 <i>Miss Marple<\/i> book, underwent some revisions as clearly, and the new version omitted the phrase&#8221; such lovely white teeth&#8221; for the West Indian hotel employee. It was also removed that a female character had&#8221; a trunk of black stone such as he would have enjoyed.&#8221; Additional removal from the book was a racist slur directed at people with black or brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>The Poirot&#8217;s remark about another nature being&#8221; a Jew, of system&#8221; has also been removed from her 1920 album book <i>The Mysterious Affair at Styles<\/i>.
