Owners of Massachusetts will be able to purchase <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/food-and-beverage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">food<\/a> and pay their utility expenses. That did cost$ 29, 450 for a family of one, and$ 33, 650 for one family of two.
