The final payment is scheduled for May, and the first payment was made on March 15.<\/p>\n<p>The receiver family size will determine how much money they receive from this payment. A <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/housing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">household<\/a> with one person will receive$ 200, a family with two people will get$ 300, and any <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/housing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">household<\/a> containing three people or more will be paid$ 400.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates had to live in Chelsea and have a family income that was 30 % below the area median in order to be chosen for this program. That income level would be$ 29, 450 for a household of one, and$ 33, 650 for another household.
