The cease and desist letter accuses Stone of violating federal and Delaware state law by &#8220;hosting discussions with Garrett Ziegler about unverified personal data that you were told belonged to Mr. Biden and claiming Mr. Biden committed &#8216;sex crimes.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The letter demanded Stone to return any data &#8220;purporting&#8221; to be from Biden, publicly retract his allegations of illegality, and issue an apology to Biden. It also asked Stone to respond by March 31.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Surprisingly, Hunter Biden\u2019s extremely expensive high-powered lawyers have now sent me not only one, but two threatening letters, neither of one makes much sense,&#8221; Stone told the <i>Floridian<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Biden has recently filed a counterclaim against John Paul Mac Isaac, a Delaware-based computer repairman who handled his laptop and allegedly improperly obtained and disseminated his private information without his consent. The lawsuit seeks to push back against those who obtained the information found in the laptop that became a hot-button topic just before the 2020 election, and calls for six counts to be raised against Isaac and several others.<\/p>\n<p>The data on the laptop was found to be authentic, according to a former Secret Service agent and cyber forensics expert commissioned by the <i>Washington Examiner<\/i>.
