And that&#8217;s the problem that they had in the John Edwards case \u2014 that was a much stronger case. The Department of Justice went all in, and they lost,&#8221; Turley stated. <\/p>\n<p>He explained how they work. &#8220;very difficult cases&#8221; It is possible to win. &#8220;raises obvious questions&#8221; Manhattan district attorney was allowed to take to court a case that the DOJ had declined to. <\/p>\n<p>Trump stated in a Saturday morning Truth Social post that he was expecting to be arrested Tuesday night in Manhattan. &#8220;corrupt and highly political.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Turley explained that &#8220;there are a number of flaws in this case&#8221; To indict the former president. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is based on Section 175 dealing with falsified business records.
