The court also accused Putin of being a terrorist. &#8220;allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s support for the move is largely symbolic as the United States is neither a member nor recognizes the group internationally. Biden supported further investigation into the alleged war crimes of Putin. <\/p>\n<p>Maria Alekseyevna Lvova\u2013Belova was also arrested by the ICC. She is the Commissioner for Children&#8217;s Rights in the Office President of Russia Federation. They claimed that he also shares responsibility for the alleged crimes. Piotr Homanski, the President of the ICC stated in a video that all the judges involved in the case decided it was important to make the warrants public. &#8220;in the interest of justice and to prevent the commission of future crimes.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, praised the ICC&#8217;s work. &#8220;historic&#8221; Russian officials criticised the decision but it was accepted &#8220;outrageous and unacceptable.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Just one day after the United Nations ruled that Russia had forced children to be deported, an arrest warrant was issued. &#8220;war crime.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><b>CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION FROM THE WASHINGTON XAMINER<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>International investigators have not been able to identify the exact number of deported children, although Ukrainian officials claim to have identified more than 16,000 children who were taken to Russia.
