Peak bloom was predicted to arrive March 22-25 this year but the inclement weather could prevent the buds from ever getting there. These rich desserts will satisfy your sweet tooth. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. <u>Dovetail<\/u>A Japanese three-course Japanese themed menu will be available. It includes matcha tiramisu with a cherry glaze and white chocolate, as well a cherry vanilla cake and pistachio gelato. There are also a few themed cocktails. Wilson&#8217;s Brunch can feel like a party with loud music and a full-service bar. This attracts young professionals and students from the nearby university.
