She will not be serving any jail time. <\/p>\n<p>Carter, one the top NFL draft prospects, agreed to a deal with Athens Clarke County, Georgia prosecutors. They were also engaging in apparent racing. <\/p>\n<p>According to toxicology reports, LeCroy&#8217;s blood alcohol level was.197% at time of crash. This is significantly higher than the Georgia legal limit of 0.08%. According to police, evidence also indicated that LeCroy was driving the Ford Expedition at approximately 104 mph. The authorities did not accuse Carter of any alcohol-related offenses and he was not charged with driving under the influence. <\/p>\n<p>LeCroy and Georgia&#8217;s offensive lineman Devin Willock were both killed in the accident. Meanwhile, offensive tackle Warren McClendon was also hurt and Tori Bowles, a recruiting staffer, was also hurt. <\/p>\n<p><b>CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ABOUT THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Carter was arrested by authorities in the Peach state on March 1, while he traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana for an NFL combine. After only 16 minutes, Carter was quickly released from custody and returned to Georgia. <\/p>\n<p>The University of Georgia&#8217;s defensive tackle was a standout. He recorded 16 solo tackles, 16 assists tackles, and 2 forced fumbles in his two seasons. He was an All-American unanimously and was named to the All-Southeastern Conference Team for 2022.
