Emanuel Cleaver II (D-Mo.) and Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-wdmo\/pr\/marionville-man-indicted-threatening-two-congressmen\">statement<\/a> by the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office Western District of Missouri.<\/p>\n<p>Hubert has been charged in a three-count indictment on Feb. 23, which was made public on Wednesday\u00a0upon the suspect\u2019s arrest and initial court appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors allege Hubert threatened to kill Cleaver on Jan. 7 with the \u201cintent to impede, intimidate, and interfere\u201d with his official duties. The statement doesn\u2019t specify how he allegedly threatened Cleaver.<\/p>\n<p>Hubert also allegedly sent death threats to Cohen similar to Cleaver.
