Ralston didn&#8217;t follow through on the request. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[Ralston] basically cut the president off,&#8221; One juror said. &#8220;He said, \u2018I will do everything in my power that I think is appropriate.&#8217; \u2026 He just basically took the wind out of the sails. \u2018Well, thank you,&#8217; you know, is all the president could say.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>After the Fulton County Special Grand Jury concluded its work, it made several recommendations for indictments. District Attorney Fani Wilis is currently handling the case and will decide whether or not to press charges. <\/p>\n<p>Mid-February saw portions of the grand jury&#8217;s report released detailing its months-long investigation into Trump&#8217;s actions regarding the 2020 election. The investigation was centered around a call between Trump&#8217;s ex-president and Georgia Secretary Of State Brad Raffensperger. This included several prominent Republican leaders and Trump associates like Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows as well as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R.SC) and Gov.
