According to reports, the group extended an invitation to both campaigns in February.<\/p>\n<p>Protasiewicz is absent because of criticisms for her light sentencing record. Protasiewicz received an endorsement from Citizen Action Wisconsin. The anti-police group seeks to eliminate gang databases, treat juvenile criminals until age 25, and declares Wisconsin has the best law enforcement. &#8220;structurally racist system of mass incarceration,&#8221; The <em>Washington Free Beacon<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/liberal-candidate-in-wisconsins-supreme-court-race-touts-endorsement-from-anti-police-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/liberal-candidate-in-wisconsins-supreme-court-race-touts-endorsement-from-anti-police-group\/&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1678988456881000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2zpdTDlmvK3HhY-E5zgk7M\">reported<\/a> Tuesday. Later, she praised the support of the group on social media as well as her campaign website.<\/p>\n<p>Protasiewicz still has not responded to questions regarding her record in public debates. The decision of the swing state could have major implications for the 2024 presidential elections.<\/p>\n<p>Protasiewicz&#8217;s rivals have <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ScottWalker\/status\/1635639618992259076\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/twitter.com\/ScottWalker\/status\/1635639618992259076&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1678988456880000&#038;usg=AOvVaw1AdQIXH0jepfQ7sedYmozS\">nicknamed<\/a> Her &#8220;No Jail Janet,&#8221; She claims she is a partisan judiciar activist who coddled criminals while on the bench. Wisconsin Manufacturers &#038; Commerce has been running an ad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jClTWLh4lUI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v%3DjClTWLh4lUI&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1678988456881000&#038;usg=AOvVaw0Wqqk8tIHtMyUlN0y-ZZ4e\">highlighting<\/a> Numerous convicted rapists, pedophiles received light sentences from Protasiewicz.<\/p>\n<p>According to the, Protasiewicz was sentenced in 2019 to probation for child predators who assaulted an eleven-year-old. <em>Milwaukee Journal Sentinel<\/em>.
