They released footage from a Marriott hotel security camera. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/arizona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arizona<\/a> A female employee claimed that Irvin was inappropriate towards her by making crude remarks to her and touching her in an unwelcome manner.<\/p>\n<p>Irvin and his attorney stated that they filed to have their $100,000,000 lawsuit removed from Texas federal court and had it filed in Arizona.<\/p>\n<p>Irvin was accused of the February 5th incident at Renaissance Phoenix Downtown. He had his Super Bowl appearances cancelled by ESPN and NFL Network.<\/p>\n<p>The woman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/marriott-spills-details-of-harassment-accusation-leveled-at-michael-irvin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Claim<\/a> Irvin appeared drunk and was flirting with her. He asked for her name, then told her hers before asking if she&#8217;d ever heard of him. She replied that she hadn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Irvin also reached out and touched the Victim&#8217;s arm during this conversation without her consent, causing her to step back, becoming visibly uncomfortable,&#8221; Nathan Chapman, an attorney at Marriott, wrote this article. &#8220;Irvin then asked the Victim whether she knew anything about having a \u2018big Black man inside of [her].&#8217; Taken aback by Irvin&#8217;s comments, the Victim responded that his comments were inappropriate, and she did not wish to discuss it further.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Irvin then attempted to grab the Victim&#8217;s hand again and said he was \u2018sorry if he brought up bad memories&#8217; for her. The Victim pulled her hand away and tried to back away from Irvin as he continued to move towards her,&#8221; The filing process continued.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was reportedly uncomfortable when two coworkers intervened. Irvin allegedly laughed that &#8220;security&#8221; When he saw them approaching, he caught onto him and reached out to shake his hand with the woman. Irvin, allegedly, promised to return the handshake when she did. &#8220;find her&#8221; If she was at work, you can check it again later in that week.<\/p>\n<p>Irvin totally rejected the woman&#8217;s claim that he had asked about her having a baby. &#8220;big Black man inside of [her].&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t speak like that,&#8221; Irvin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/cowboys\/2023\/03\/14\/michael-irvin-refiles-lawsuit-vs-marriott-in-arizona-will-release-surveillance-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a> Tuesday. &#8220;I&#8217;ve never spoken like that. I totally deny saying that. I totally deny saying that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the woman&#8217;s comment about him going to &#8220;find her&#8221; Irvin spoke later in the week. &#8220;Like I&#8217;m going to hunt her down, kidnap somebody, kill somebody?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Come on. Here&#8217;s the truth,&#8221; He continued. &#8220;We used to say when we played football, \u2018The eye in the sky don&#8217;t tell no lies.&#8217; It&#8217;s just the truth. We talk and tell lies. But the eye in the sky don&#8217;t tell no lies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Michael Irvin explained to me &#8220;we used to say in football\u2026the eye in the sky don&#8217;t tell no lie.&#8221; According to Cowboys Hall of Famer, this video shows that he did not sexually assault the woman. He said that the woman&#8217;s allegations were false. &#8220;ridiculous&#8221; Irvin was one of the victims &#8220;cancel culture.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is no doubt, this woman was not offended,&#8221; McCathern added. &#8220;This is not a sexual assault, sexual misconduct, or sexual harassment.
