He also doesn\u2019t know any details about McGrath\u2019s current location. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Unfortunately, Mr. McGrath has not appeared in court today. And I&#8217;m unaware of where he is,&#8221; Joseph Murtha stated. &#8220;The trial will not start today, and I believe it will be postponed.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Murtha stated that he last spoke with McGrath Sunday afternoon.
