He will continue to lead that charge and call on Congress to do the same.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The President&#8217;s Cabinet is also directed to establish a process for supporting communities affected by mass shootings.  <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/merrick-garland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Merrick Garland<\/a> To improve communication with federally licensed gun dealers, and applicants about background checks.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the order aims to improve ballistics data sharing between federal, local, and state law enforcement data. <\/p>\n<p>Biden will not only sign the executive orders, but will also deliver remarks to and meet with members of the community. Biden invited Brandon Tsay (26) to sign the executive order. His stated intention to sign Republican legislation to repeal a number of sentencing changes enacted by the Council of the District of Columbia is a culmination of his stated intent to do so.
